Kathi Ostner, with over 21 years of experience is a stylist who is always willing to gain more knowledge about the latest styles and techniques. Kathi serves of the A Cut Above team manager and specializes in creative formal styles, as well as professional men’s and women’s cuts. She continually trains with Redken, L’oréal and Graham Webb.
